Some 101 donors bled for a good cause during a blood donation by the organising committee for the 50th anniversary of Women’s Police of the Royal Brunei Police Force yesterday.
Themed ‘One pint can save three lives’, the event focused on raising awareness about the health benefits and importance of donating blood.
Meanwhile, 31 donors participated in a blood donation campaign organised by Brudesh Engineering and Management Sdn Bhd at its premises in Belait District yesterday.
The campaign was held in collaboration with the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital’s blood bank to support the blood supply. – James Kon & Daniel Lim
