Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd (BMC) hosted an event for its employees in observance of World Mental Health Day on Friday where a panel discussion was held featuring Dr Deeni Idris and Agong Lupat from the Institute of Health Sciences at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), alongside clinical psychologist and Head of the Mental Health Strategy Unit at the Health Promotion Centre Nor Syahmun binti Haji Matassan.
The forum shared insights and experiences while fostering a meaningful and open dialogue among the attendees.
BMC employees also had the opportunity to explore a mini-exhibition showcasing materials from the Take-a-Break Project, a collaborative effort between BMC and UBD staff and students that took place last year.
