Sixty-one male converts received their certificates for completing the 14-day Advance Guidance I Scheme by the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) during ceremonies held nationwide yesterday.
Head of the Muallaf Development Division at PDI Dr Hajah Rohanita binti Haji Yaakub presented certificates to participants in the Brunei-Muara District, Religious Development Officer at Tutong Dakwah Unit Muhammad Yusri bin Haji Abdul Majid in the Tutong District, Mosque Affairs Officer Belait District Akup bin Haji Lamat in the Belait District and Head of Temburong Dakwah Unit Haji Hazimin bin Haji Metali in the Temburong District.
The scheme saw the participation of 19 converts from the Brunei-Muara District, 12 from the Belait District, 18 from the Tutong District and 13 from the Temburong District.
