Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Finance (FEKIm) recently organised an international activity with the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEBI) at Trisakti University, Indonesia.
The activity saw a memorandum of agreement (MoA) signing between FEKIm and FEBI, represented by FEKIm Dean Dr Muhammad Zaki bin Haji Zaini and FEBI Dean Professor Dr Yolanda Masnita and witnessed by Deputy Deans of FEKIm and FEBI Dr Amisuhailah binti Abrahan and Dr Hajah Husna Leila Yusran.
In addition, an international seminar themed ‘Sustainability Issues from Islamic Perspective’ was held involving academicians from both faculties: FEKIm’s Associate Professor Dr Hakimah binti Yaacob and FEBI’s Dr Deni Dermawati and Dr Wahyuningsih.
Meanwhile, students from both faculties also participated in a colloquium on academic, co-curriculum and strengthening programmes.
In the afternoon, Dr Hajah Husna Leila Yusran and Dr Titik Aryati from FEBI delivered a lecture for the UNISSA students. – Rokiah Mahmud
