A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official opening of Kare Medical Clinic in Kiarong yesterday.
Guest of honour Pengiran Irwan bin Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman officiated, accompanied by Kare Medical Clinic doctors Dr Hajah Zawatil Amal binti Haji Mat Don and Dr Haji Munir.
Kare Medical Clinic is a modern and contemporary designed clinic situated in the heart of Kiarong with easy access for both Bandar and non-Bandar residents. The clinic aims to provide high quality and personalised healthcare.
It is systematically equipped to provide comprehensive health screening, clinical tests and medical fitness examinations. Dr Hajah Zawatil and Dr Haji Munir have a combined experience of over 20 years in primary healthcare and are both qualified family physicians.
Dr Haji Munir is also a certified AME approved examiner able to conduct offshore medical fitness examinations.
Apart from comprehensive health screening, clinical tests and medical fitness examinations, Kare Medical Clinic will also venture into other potential specialist therapeutic areas such as dermatology, radiography, paediatric, orthopaedic, cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology.
The clinic hopes to one day become a specialist centre housing major specialty clinics under one roof.
Kare Medical Clinic is located at ground floor, Block D, Unit 1, Kiarong Complex.
