ISLAMABAD (XINHUA) – Three Pakistani soldiers were killed in a suicide bombing attack in the country’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military said in a statement.
The Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistani army, said a vehicle-borne suicide bomber exploded himself in the Miran Shah area of the North Waziristan district of the province, killing three military personnel while critically injuring three civilians.
The Pakistani security forces remained determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country, the military said.
