The Ministry of Finance and Economy’s Industry and Business Ecosystem Division, through its Weights and Measures Unit (SDT), will verify the accuracy and validity of fuel dispensing pumps at petrol stations in accordance to Chapter 151 of the Weights and Measures Act 1983.
For the safety and well-being of the public and staff, affected stations will be closed for around two hours for the three-times-a-year inspection.
Affected stations are: Gadong Petrol Station on March 2; Koperasi Usahajaya Pekira Bhd and Hajah Dayang Badariah Retail Station on March 4; IBA Station and Trading and TAIB Delima Service Station on March 5; KOTIBA Petrol Station on March 6; Shahryza Petrol Station and KOPPMB Gadong Service Station on March 7; Pekan Muara Sdn Bhd Petrol Station and Negalang Retail Station on March 9; Syarikat Amanah Haji Abdullah Filling Station on March 11; Pakatan Petrol Station and KODRAT Filling Station on March 18. – James Kon
