His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam arrived in Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Wednesday night, to attend the Royal Wedding Ceremony of the son of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, the King of Jordan, that is, His Royal Highness Prince Al Hussein, the Crown Prince of Jordan with Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif.
Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
Upon arrival at the Royal Pavilion of Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, His Majesty was welcomed by Makram Mustafa Al-Queisi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities; and Dr Yousef Al-Shawarbeh, Mayor of Amman.
Also present to greet His Majesty on arrival was Haji Mahadi bin Haji Maidin, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
