With ‘A’ and ‘O’ Level results now behind them, students and parents flocked to the Findlay International Study Fair to explore higher education opportunities abroad yesterday.
The event featured representatives from universities and colleges in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, the European Union and the United States, offering attendees a comprehensive look at global study options.Managing Director of Findlay Sunita Martin said, “2024 marks our 10th anniversary, and during a celebration in June – where our guest of honour was the Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) at the Ministry of Education Dr Haji Azman bin Ahmad – we unveiled our new motto, ‘Building Futures, Transforming Lives.’ Our 20th fair today underscores our commitment to making this motto a reality for hundreds of students. It is a fitting way to celebrate this landmark year.”
Findlay also showcased its unique offering – the Morrisby Psychometric Career Profiling Assessment, which evaluates a person’s aptitudes, interests and personality to recommend suitable career paths and study options. The service includes detailed feedback and lifetime access to dynamic updates. The fair provided a pivotal platform for students and parents to gain insights into academic pathways and career planning, reinforcing Findlay’s role as a key player in shaping educational futures.
