St Margaret’s School held a mini sports day for its students yesterday, engaging the energetic youth in a number of physical and mental activities.
Supervisor for primary school Hasnah binti Haji Awi said the annual activity celebrates athletic prowess alongside the spirit of teamwork, perseverance and sportsmanship.
Chairman of the school’s board of governors Simon Lee Fui Khen officiated the event.
Students participated in a number of challenging events, including relay races and treasure hunts. A mini food bazaar was held on the sidelines, conducted by secondary school students. – Daniel Lim
