The video where two men were attacked by stray dogs at Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Silver Jubilee Park, Bandar Seri Begawan went viral last month.
Tan Sui Seng and his wife present during the incident, were able to fend off the dogs using an umbrella.
Worried about the safety of others, they warned visitors at the park of the strays. Tan Sui Seng said the dogs attempted to bite him and his wife, but failed.
In an effort to prevent anymore unwanted incidents, several visitors and the couple chased the dogs away from the park.
In light of this incident, Tan Sui Seng and his wife are collecting information of aggressive dogs in public areas to warn the public and prevent dog attacks. – James Kon
