Qi Jiguang and Royal Brunei Navy crews clean-up Serasa beach

Crews of The People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) training ship, Qi Jiguang and members of the Royal Brunei Navy early Wednesday morning joined forces in cleaning-up Serasa beach.

Joining the cleaning campaign were Ambassador-designate of China to Brunei Darussalam Xiao Jianguo along with Chargé d’Affaires of Chinese Embassy to Brunei Darussalam Wang Haitao and Defence Attache of the Chinese Embassy, Senior Colonel Dai Qilin as well as Fleet chief of staff Commander Saiful Hazril bin Ali.

The PLAN Ship Qi Jiguang had set sail from a military port in Dalian, China on May 15, with 476 naval cadets and sailors onboard, to conduct cadet training and visits to Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei and the Philippines.
