Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam recently organised a walk, run and cycle activity in the Temburong District to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Acting Temburong District Officer Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim was the guest of honour at the charity event.
Among the activities was a 30-kilometre cycling with the participation of Tutong District’s Santai-Santai Riders (SSR) and Amateur Cycling Team (ACT) as marshals for the day.
The event that began and ended at Pekan Bangar Civic Centre Complex drew 150 participants.
Mohammad Husaini bin Ali Hassan from SSR said his participation was motivated by his desire to join Pusat Ehsan activities in all four districts and also to strengthen ties with fellow cyclists.
