Programme assists 10 students in need

Ten students from Brunei IV Area religious schools received donations during the 2024 Jalinan Silaturahim Programme, an annual initiative organised by the Inspection Division at the Islamic Studies Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The contributions were presented by the Head of the Inspection Division Hajah Ernie Yusnani binti Haji Mohd Noor at a ceremony held yesterday at the Multi-purpose Hall of Pengiran Anak Puteri Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam Religious School in Kampong Mulaut.

The Jalinan Silaturahim Programme aims to support underprivileged religious school students by providing essential items such as school supplies and uniforms.

The initiative alleviates the financial burden on parents and encourages students to pursue their studies. – Fadley Faisal
