The selection of winners for the Borneo Bulletin Photography Contest was held yesterday at the Brunei Press Sdn Bhd building.
The contest, supported by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, saw over 1,000 entries across five categories – People, Food and Culture; Places, Landmarks, and Wildlife; Royal Wedding; Brunei Darussalam’s 40th National Day; and Fitness, Sports, and Lifestyle.
Brunei Press General Manager Anafiah binti Omar and Senior Manager (Finance and Operations) Suzie Houng were present, along with representatives from Baiduri Bank, Interhouse Company (Canon), AIFA Sdn Bhd, QAF Auto Sdn Bhd (BMW), Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, Ben Foods (B) Sdn Bhd (Supa Save) and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
The names of winners will be published next Friday, July 12, in Borneo Bulletin and Media Permata. A representative from Brunei Press will also be contacting each and every winner with details on the prize presentation ceremony. – Fadley Faisal
