    Non-business students explore entrepreneurship

Fifteen Politeknik Brunei (PB) students from the School of Science and Engineering visited Sabli Food Industries (B) Sdn Bhd in Lambak Kanan on Friday as a part of the initiative to develop an entrepreneurial mindset for non-business students.

The students were welcomed by Sabli Food Industries (B) Sdn Bhd CEO and founder Haji Sabli bin Haji Arsad and general manager Baharuddin Wahsalfelah.

Haji Sabli said there are business opportunities for locals to take advantage of, but some are not aware of it.

The students asked about the key success factors of running a business while a few expressed interest in taking up an internship with the company.

Haji Sabli advised the students to be creative and look out for opportunities in their entrepreneurial journey. He also said three awards will be given out for those who show the most creativity, the most profitable and the most active in promoting their products. – James Kon
