MoU signed to foster IT innovation

The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) marked a milestone on Thursday, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Brunei Innovation Lab (BIL) serving as a framework for collaboration in fostering an environment of innovation and cooperation.

The ceremony at The Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong held in conjunction with the Brunei Startup Summit 2024, was attended by senior officials of AITI and BIL. The agreement was established to identify potential projects and engage in mutually beneficial initiatives dedicated to advance the development of the ICT industry.

The MoU was signed by AITI Acting Assistant Chief Executive of Industry Development Group Siti Zaraura binti Haji Mohammad and General Manager of BIL Freddie Ting Lik Wei.
