The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC) and departments under it organised a Tedarus Al-Quran in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan.
The event, organised by the E-Government National Centre (EGNC) was held at the Surau of Brunei International Airport.
The ceremony commenced with mass Zohor prayer led by Brunei International Airport Surau’s imam Haji Mohammad Ashraf bin Haji Bujang.
MTIC Acting Permanent Secretary Haji Hairul Mohd Daud bin Haji Abdul Karim led the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed with the recitation of and Doa Selamat.
The ceremony serves as one of the ministry’s religious activities during the holy month to enhance the spirit of Ramdahan and foster stronger bonds among officers and staff. – James Kon
