The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC) organised an Israk Mikraj celebration at the ministry’s Amar Pahlawan Hall yesterday.
Acting Permanent Secretary at the MTIC Haji Hairul Mohd Daud bin Haji Abdul Karim was present at the event organised by the Land Transport Department.
It began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Sufri Bolkiah Mosque Imam Haji Mohd Zahid bin Haji Mohd Zain.
The event continued with a talk titled ‘Blessings and Lesson in Life’ by Ministry of Education’s Education Officer at the Counselling Division Haji Sammali bin Haji Adam.
The ceremony was aimed at fostering closer ties among MTIC’s officers and staff.
