French Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam and French Bruneian Business Association (FBBA) patron Bernard Regnauld-Fabre commended the “highly successful” FBBA climate change forum and the annual get-together which reiterated the importance of sustainability and climate change. He said this in his welcoming remarks at FBBA’s annual general meeting (AGM) at the French Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam’s official residence recently.
FBBA President Jerome Saniez gave a summary of what the executive committee discussed, including plans for an overseas networking session that would enable members to move across borders. As 2024 is a non-election year, the executive committee remained on status quo and discussed previous successful events that made the FBBA one of the top associations in the Sultanate.
Other events on the drawing board include economic forums, a family day and the annual get together.
Vice president Ti Eng Hui, Treasurer Lim Cheng Wei, Secretary-general Tan Cheng Voon and committee members Pierre Imhof, Alfred Yong, Jorge Vega and Eric Siow were present. – James Kon
