Three committees have been established to focus on creating blueprints to aid and achieve the development efforts towards achieving Brunei Vision 2035, said Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah on the third day of the 18th Legislative Council (LegCo) session yesterday.
This was a response to LegCo member Yang Berhormat Awang Naim bin Haji Kamis’ query on the country’s progress on achieving Brunei Vision 2035.
The minister stated that each of the committee will focus on creating blueprints to achieve specific goals of Brunei Vision 2035.
“One such blueprint is the previously announced economic blueprint which is aimed at achieving the nation’s goal in to create a resilient and dynamic economy,” said the minister.
It was further explained that each committee will work closely with other government agencies to create a guiding principle to achieve the many goals of Brunei Vision 2035
The minister explained that “the development and progress of reaching the specific goals of Brunei Vision 2035 is measured by specific key indicators”.
