A 27-year-old local man was jailed for two months after he pleaded guilty to a charge under the Miscellaneous Offences Act in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday.
Mohammad bin Ismail was found wearing a mask carrying a crowbar by police after midnight on September 19 in Jalan Pandan 8, Kuala Belait.
Police later confirmed the defendant had criminal intentions.
