Competition Commission Brunei Darussalam (CCBD) Chairperson Nik Hafimi binti Abdul Haadii was in Brisbane, Australia recently to attend the 2nd Heads of Competition Agency meeting.
Nik Hafimi shared her experiences and insights in two panel sessions.
The event included panel discussions to facilitate high-level dialogue between the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) on current issues facing competition agencies at a strategic level.
The meeting organised by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is one of a series of activities under the AANZFTA Competition Law Implementation Programme (CLIP) Phase V.
The two-day meeting was followed by an Enforcement Priority Setting Workshop providing participants with guidance on establishing priorities, especially with limited resources.
