Local artistes shine

Faizul Razali dominated the Express E-Hits Awards with his song Suluh, winning Best E-Hits Performance, Champion of E-Hits, and Best E-Hits Lyric Writer. The announcement was made during the Creative Media Festival 2024, organised by Radio Television Brunei at Jerudong Park Amphitheatre on Saturday.

The group D3VO won Best E-Hits Vocal with Dentuman Hati and secured second place while third place went to Izzat Ramlee for Nya Orang Lagu Daulu. In the BruMV Awards, Pemilik, directed by Fauzan Aziz and produced by Muhammad Adam, won Best Music Video along with awards for Best Concept and Videography. The second place went to Imtihan, composed by Adlina Tunggal and Azim Tunggal, produced by Kay Tunggal, which also won the Creativity/Overall Performance award.

Meanwhile, third place was awarded to Tamat, composed by Ezuone and produced by Nazmi Zikry. The Pelangi Awards saw BDRM MUSE named Best New Artist, while Sang Pendengki by The Pujanggas Ft Jaz won Best Inspirational Song. Faizul Razali’s Suluh took Best Music Video, and The Pujanggas Ft Jaz was named Best Group. Fakhrul Razi won Best Male Vocalist, and Ezah Hashim earned Best Female Vocalist and Best Song for Calar. The Best English Song award went to Stay by Browne Ft Sa’adah.
