The three-day Korean Festival 2023, organised by the Korean Embassy in Brunei Darussalam drew a large number of visitors.
Curtains for the festival were officially drawn with the presentation of prizes to lucky winners by the Korean Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Kim Soung-eun.
Embassy officials were involved in a host of festival activities such as traditional hanbokdress-up and photo booth, hangul name writing and Korea traditional mask painting for children as well as a cooking demonstration.
Over the years, the annual festival has introduced the wonders of South Korea to the Bruneians providing opportunities to experience both the traditional Korean culture and its latest trends. – Lyna Mohamad
