The Knowledge Convention 2023 Seminar continued at the main conference hall of the International Convention Centre in Berakas yesterday with the discussion of the sub-theme, Doa Taubat dan Zikir Munajat: Amalan Harian Kepentingan dan Kelebihannya’.
Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Ra’es Dr Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar delivered a talk on Amalan Sunnah Harian Untuk Kesejahteraan Hidup Keluarga at the morning session, where he highlighted the fundamental principles taught and disseminated by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Director of the Research and Publishing Centre at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) Dr Hajah Sri Rahayu @ Hajah Nurjanah binti Haji Dolah delivered a paper on Amalan Taubat Manifesto Rabbani Jaminan Kualiti Kehidupan Sejagat, where she shared that the Muslim community performed taubat (repentance) through prayers and zikir to seek blessings from Allah the Almighty.
Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Yusuf Khalid of the Centre of Research and Understanding of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah at KUPU SB delivered a paper on Kesejahteraan Hidup dari Perspektif Islam during which he said that from the Islamic perspective, well-being encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual aspects, and achieving them requires steadfast knowledge, skills and religious practices. Meanwhile, Islamic Da’wah Centre’s religious development officer Nur Huwaina binti Mahmud delivered a paper on Lazimi Taubat Kunci Landasan Penyelesaian Masalah, where she highlighted the importance of performing taubat to aid individuals in problem solving.
Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan was the guest of honour. – Rokiah Mahmud
