The Ramadhan sungkai buffet at Mulia Hotel’s Goldiana Cafe and Lounge is back with popular and many delicious offerings waiting for guests to experience a delightful feast at the hotel’s Grand Hall.
Running daily from 6pm to 9pm until the end of Ramadhan, this buffet offers a variety of flavourful dishes, with the menu changing every day to keep your dining experience exciting.
Known for its rich and aromatic broth, filled with tender meat and fragrant spices, soup mamak stands out as a local favourite among the many delicious offerings and another crowd-pleaser is the Australian roasted lamb served with roasted potatoes, black pepper sauce, and mushroom sauce, a dish that boasts juicy, well-marinated meat with a perfect balance of smokiness and tenderness.
For dessert, the all-time favourite apam balik is a must-try as this crispy yet fluffy pancake, filled with sweet peanuts offers the perfect balance of textures and flavours and on the dessert line also features an assortment of local cakes and desserts, changed daily to bring variety and excitement to every visit.
As the buffet is held at the Grand Hall due to the restaurant still undergoing renovation, guests must make full payment at the ground floor before proceeding to Level 8 and guests may want to take the advantage of a special 15 per cent off the buffet price when dining in a group of six or more.
Meanwhile, for those looking for a late-night indulgence, Vanda Chinese Restaurant at Level 1 hosts the Ramadhan dimsum sahur buffet every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 1am.
This buffet features an extensive selection of highly anticipated dim sum favourites, including steamed dumplings, fluffy buns, and savuory bites and just like the sungkai buffet, groups of six or more can enjoy a 15 per cent discount.
