Hungry for roast lamb?

The Brunei Hotel’s YELO Cafe’s signature roast lamb leg will be featured in the restaurant’s Ramadhan Sungkai Buffet served with mint and garlic, mushroom and black pepper sauce, served daily as its live carvery station.

Also featured on alternative days is old time favourite of chilli crab, subject to market availability as the restaurant prioritise freshness on its food items. The sungkai buffet will continue until April 8.

“We are delighted to welcome guests back to break fast with us during the holy month of Ramadhan to enjoy our buffet with specially curated local dishes you’d expect,” said General Manager of The Brunei Hotel Andy Goh.

The menu will change daily for variety, with this years’ menu’s selection of appetisers comprising items such as cucur sayur, chicken and beef satay, spring rolls and a soup course, such as soto ayam as well as a live pasta station.

The main course will include a beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and rice selections, all made to locally inspired cooking styles to please the palate. – Lyna Mohamad
