Yoga enthusiasts and practitioners celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga at India House, the official residence of the High Commissioner of India to Brunei Darussalam yesterday.
Indian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Alok Amitabh Dimri welcomed the participants and said the day was part of Indian Prime Minister Narandra Modi’s global commitment to physical and mental health through yoga.
“Yoga is for everyone, young and old and is a way towards healthy life,” said the high commissioner.
Light Indian refreshments were also served at the event.
