Muslims in Brunei Darussalam will observe the first day of Zulhijjah on Friday, 1 July 2022.
In view of this, the Hari Raya Aidiladha or the Feast of Sacrifice which falls on the 10th day of Zulhijjah will be celebrated on Sunday, 10 July 2022.
The announcement was made following the moon-sighting events held in different vantage points across the country today to determine the start of the Zulhijjah month in the Islamic calendar.
