Government’s e-Invoice portal to change from April 1

The e-Invoice portal will undergo a transition process from April 1 and will be converted to the Government Vendor Portal following upgrades to the Treasury Accounting and Financial Information System (TAFIS), the Treasury Department at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) announced yesterday.

The Government Vendor Portal is a self-service portal, enabling suppliers and vendors to participate in quotations or tenders issued by ministries and departments, as well as submitting claims or invoices after supplying or providing work services to any government agency.

Vendors are required to self-register online to access the Government Vendor Portal.

Vendors who are registered in the e-Invoice portal are also required to register in the Government Vendor Portal.

Vendors are advised to register in the Government Vendor Portal as soon as possible.

Vendors needing assistance in registering can attend vendor clinics from April 1 to 30 during working hours at Bilik Serbaguna 2, Level 3, MoFE (Island Block). – James Kon
