Year 5 students from International School of Brunei (ISB) made an educational visit to the Brunei History Centre yesterday.
The group was welcome by Acting Deputy of Brunei History Centre Muhammad Faisal bin Haji Mat Salleh along with officers from Exhibition and Services Section as well as the Research and Documentation Section.
The students were briefed on the 5th Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Bolkiah and 15th Century “Golden Era”.
The students also viewed the ‘Stamps Exhibition: The Postal History of Brunei 1895 – 1988’, on showcase at the centre until March 5, in conjunction with Brunei’s 39th National Day.
At the end of the visit, the students expressed satisfaction and excitement in learning about the country’s history.
