The Blood Donation Centre under the Department of Laboratory Services of the Ministry of Health will organise several blood donation campaigns in the coming days to allow the public to help increase blood supplies in the Sultanate.
A campaign will be held at the banquet hall of Progresif headquarters on Jalan Pasar Baharu, Gadong today from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm.
Another one will take place at the Core Residential College, Universiti Brunei Darussalam on May 29, from 9am to noon and 1pm to 3pm.
The blood bank of Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital in Tutong District will also host a blood donation on May 29 from 10am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm at the foyer of the hospital on the ground floor.
Meanwhile, the Thai Embassy in Brunei Darussalam will host a campaign on May 30 at the Blood Donation Centre of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, from 8am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3pm.
The public can also make contribution at the Blood Donation Centre of RIPAS Hospital during working hours, from 8am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
