The Tedarus Subuh congregants of Kampong Sungai Besar Mosque held their 11th Khatam Al-Quran ceremony yesterday.
The ceremony began with a mass recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the recitation of verses of Al-Quran from Surah Ad-Dhuha up to Surah An-Nas led by imam Haji Hanafiah bin Haji Mahmud who later led the recitation of Takhtim.
Acting Village Head of Kampong Sungai Besar, Kampong Serdang and Kampong Sungai Belukut Haji Zaini bin Haji Damit and Kampong Sungai Besar Mosque Takmir Committee Advisor Haji Mohiddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman also participated.
