In conjunction with the 41st National Day of Brunei Darussalam, greetings were conveyed to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the people of Brunei Darussalam.

“On the occasion of the 41st anniversary of the independence of Brunei Darussalam, I am honoured to convey cordial greetings and congratulations from President of China Xi Jinping to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. Recently, His Majesty paid a successful state visit to China, during which the two heads of state agreed to work together towards a China-Brunei community with a shared future, opening a new chapter for bilateral relations.
