The Sports School held the official closing ceremony of the 2nd Invitational Youth Pencak Silat Competition yesterday at the Sports School Hall, Kampung Pulaie.
Acting school principal Hajah Nor Aisah binti Haji Mohd Salleh was present.
The ceremony began with the final rounds of the Women’s Class ‘A’ and Men’s Class ‘C’ matches, followed by the presentation of medals.
Awangku Muhd ‘Aqeel Fadlullah bin Pengiran Haji Mohd Yasrizam Ayub was the winner for class ‘A’ in the Men’s category, while Fatin Hazirah Muhidi was named the winner of the Women’s Class ‘A’ category.
The competition was participated by 53 athletes representing the Sports School, the Brunei Muara Development Scheme, the Tutong Youth and Sports Department Scheme, and Pertubuhan Gagak Hitam (PERGAH) Belait.
