A fleet of over 30 classic cars was parked outside the Garden Sentral Hotel on Saturday as their owners broke fast together while celebrating their passion for old-school vehicles.
The Sungkai Ride 2024 event, organised by KB Squad Old School, saw 60 classical car owners from the local community and Malaysia discuss and share knowledge on the vehicles after the breaking of fast.
KB Squad Old School’s Haji Md Fitzila bin Haji Md Yunus said the gathering not only serves to further enliven the month of Ramadhan in breaking the fast together, but also to bring together like-minded car owners in showcasing their love and passion for classic cars.
In addition to car owners from the Belait District, the group also welcomed classic car owners from the Brunei-Muara District, as well as Miri and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, who had made their way here to share their love for classic cars. – Daniel Lim
