Members of the Tutong District Scouts Association (PPDT) conducted a muzakarah session with teachers and students of Chung Hwa School Kiudang recently.
A total of 57 students and six teachers participated.
The objective of the session was to introduce students to scouting knowledge and understanding of scouting while strengthening ties with the school. It also provided an opportunity for the student to enhance their skills and readiness, discipline and communal spirit. Acting Assistant Commissioner PPDT Skipper Khairil Annuar bin Haji Yaakub briefed the participants on Cub Scout.
The event concluded with a token of appreciation, comprising information on scout group, Brunei Darussalam Scout Association (PPNBD) event calender and newsletter, from PPDT Acting Commissioner Skipper Haji Muhd Sufian bin Haji Abdul Karim to the school’s Principal Loo Shee Yun.
