Brunei Darussalam Supreme Court Chief Justice Dato Seri Paduka Steven Chong underlined the need to “embrace technology to effectively serve the public and facilitate equitable access to justice.”
The Chief Justice mentioned this at an online seminar on Tuesday organised by the Supreme Court together with the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and in collaboration with the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre and the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre.
During the seminar, both organisations shared their expertise and showcased how their services, including ODR(Online Dispute Resolution) Platforms, can facilitate international trade, digital commerce, and dispute resolution in China, Hong Kong, Asia, and beyond.
