Brunei Darussalam national women’s tennis team recently left the Sultanate to compete in the upcoming Junior Billie Jean King Cup 2024 Asia/ Oceania pre-qualifying event in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The national team, comprising Areesha Zain, Megan Lee and Daniella Lim, is coached by Billy Wong.
Brunei has been drawn in Group ‘F’ alongside Saudi Arabia, Nepal and Malaysia.
The country made its maiden appearance in the competition last year, together with Saudi Arabia. – Fadhil Yunus
