A total of 614 COVID-19 recoveries were recorded in Brunei yesterday bringing the national tally of recoveries to 250,499.
Meanwhile, two COVID-19 cases were recorded in Category 5 requiring intensive care treatment and one case was recorded in Category 4 requiring respiratory assistance and close monitoring. No COVID-19 fatalities were recorded in the last 24 hours.
These details were shared by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.
The overall population that received the fourth dose of COVID-19 vaccine is at 11.2 per cent while the coverage rate of Brunei population with three shots of the vaccine remains at 78.8 per cent.
A total of 62 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 in the Sultanate have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, while children aged five to 11 with two shots of the vaccine remains at 86.7 per cent.
