A group of local Ford Ranger owners left Brunei in a convoy of 13 vehicles yesterday to join a gathering in Kota Kinabalu (KK), Sabah.
The three-day-two-night trip is organised by Premier Automobiles Sdn Bhd (PASB) and supported by Tourism Malaysia (TM) Brunei and Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd (BSM).
The participants joined a group photo session and received goodie bags from TM Brunei Director Hazrina binti Azman and PASB Director Teng Chee How before leaving for the Malaysian city.
Hazrina flagged off the convoy that will take participants through Temburong, Lawas, Sipitang and Papar before reaching Kota Kinabalu where the 7th Ford Ranger Owners Club Mega Gathering takes place at J Borneo Native Village in Penampang tomorrow.
Marketing Manager Mark Paren said the gathering with over 400 participants is a unique event to strengthen bonds among Ford Ranger owners as well as have fun. – Lyna Mohamad
