Two Brunei archers, Khairul Ariffin bin Baha of Peak Club Archery and Muhd Noorizan bin Abdullah Manggai of Setia Bersatu Archery Club, made a strong showing at the 1st Sipitang Indoor Archery Challenge 2024, held at the Sipitang Multi-Purpose Hall on November 16.
In the barebow open category, the duo clinched two individual medals – one silver and one bronze – and added a gold and silver in the team event.
Later in the recurve open category, both archers secured two silver and two bronze medals in the individual event.
Their combined efforts brought Brunei’s medal tally to nine: one gold, four silver, and four bronze.
