Big Kem Project and Super Slim Fit Brunei collaborated with the Belait District Youth and Sports Department to host a fitness programme recently.
The programme, at Mumong Sports Complex, was one of several activities leading up to the Big Kem Family Run 2024 charity event on November 10.
Super Slim Fit Brunei principal Tan Sui Seng said the programme was aimed at raising awareness on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
He said it is never too late to start a healthy life with the programme serving as the first step towards it. – Daniel Lim
