A signing ceremony for the first ever Light Industrial and Sports Complex in Kampong Katimahar was held yesterday at the Rooftop Dome in Kampong Jaya Setia.
Managing Director of Tekad Fajar Sdn Bhd Tan Yu Ung, as the contractor, while Chieng Chiew Cham and Jacky Chieng Long Fatt representing the developers signed the agreement.
Director of Manria Sdn Bhd How Chin PAO, acted as the collaborator. Chieng Chiew Cham said, “The ceremony marks the start of the development of the first private recreational and sports complex in Kampong Katimahar. It will provide convenience to the public, create job opportunities and see economic growth.”
The project site is expected to feature a swimming pool, futsal, basketball and badminton court. It will also feature an indoor playground, a food court and an event hall.
