Country Head for WIAL Malaysia William Teo and UPM’s Professor Sridar Ramachandran facilitated the workshop. Participants received certificates of completion at the end of the workshop.
Action learning is a collaborative approach to problem-solving where a small, diverse team tackles real organisational challenges while focusing on learning and improvement. The process typically involves identifying a critical issue, deeply questioning its root causes, taking action, and then reviewing the outcomes for future learning. The method is valuable for immediate problem-solving, team collaboration, leadership development, and organisational change.
