Micronet International College recently hosted a ‘Glam Raya’ orientation day at Sengkurong hall, welcoming new students with a blend of Hari Raya festivities and orientation activities.
The event featured a traditional Malay costume fashion show, cultural dances and singing.
Practical activities such as learning traditional Hari Raya food preparation techniques were also organised.
Muhammad Kasuma Azizi Aliriani bin Haji Noor Alirahman who won the best dressed award, took home a cash prize while Abdul Haqq bin Abdul Shahrin won the grand lucky draw and received a cash prize along with goodies.
The day’s highlight was a dance performance by the students, showcasing the Ketipak Ketipung Raya song by Aisha Retno and Aziz Harun.
