Some 80 cyclists from Belait District and beyond joined the 32-kilometre Kayuhan Santai Setiakawan cycling event yesterday.
The event organised by Oil Town Cyclist (OTC) began at Menara Cendera Kenangan and wound through Kuala Belait and Seria passing by landmarks such as Seria Energy Recreational Park and the Billionth Barrel Monument.
The group was led by Commander and head manager of OTC Mohd Yunos bin Haji Pungut.
The group was flagged off by former penghulu of Mukim Belait and advisor for OTC Haji Pungut bin Ali.
The group aims to conduct similar events in other districts to promote ties among cyclists and healthy lifestyle.
