The Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed) recently organised a forum at Radisson Hotel in the capital and its related events, in conjunction with the 12th ASEAN Medical Device Committee (AMDC). The 73 participants comprised AMDC members, officers from the ASEAN Secretariat, APACMed members and local and foreign representatives from the medical device industry and officers from the Ministry of Health.
The event saw a briefing on APACMed and activities carried out. Chairman of the ASEAN Medical Device Committee (AMDC) Mohammad Asni bin Abd Ghani shared resolutions of the 12th AMDC Meeting.
Heads of AMDC delegations also presented the latest information pertaining to medical device controls in their countries. – Rokiah Mahmud
