The Belait District Religious Affairs Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs yesterday hosted a blood donation campaign in conjunction with the 40th National Day celebration.
Organised in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre of the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, some 59 individuals gave a pint of blood each.
The Belait District Religious Affairs Office also set up a donation box for the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023 at the venue for visitors to make contribution. – Daniel Lim
